Patent and rights of use
Dr. Igor Telychko owns Patent UA 123013 C2. Vectis Mobility Group Ukraine LLC is intended to provide the contractual platform for the rights required to develop and commercialise EasyTop. The exact scope of those rights will be defined in the relevant corporate and licensing agreements.
The operating company is intended to receive the rights required for engineering development, the demonstrator, conformity assessment, manufacturing cooperation and implementation of EasyTop in Ukraine.
